Thank you for shopping with Living In Faith Exchange. Every order is made especially for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timelines, and related policies.


1. Processing Times

  • Each item is custom-printed once your order is placed.

  • Standard production time is 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, special promotions), processing may take longer.


2. Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Typical delivery estimates:

    • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days after fulfillment

    • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

  • Please note these are estimates; carrier delays or customs may affect final delivery times.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the package is handed to the carrier.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Some regions may not be supported by our fulfillment partner—if your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you directly to arrange alternatives.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

  • Living In Faith Exchange is not responsible for delays or charges related to customs processing.


6. Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first, then email us at contact@livinginfaithexchange.com so we can assist you in filing a claim if applicable.


8. Multiple Items in One Order

  • Items in your order may ship separately, depending on product type and fulfillment location.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if your items are shipped in multiple packages.
